You have the right to return an order within 30 days after purchase. This right however applies provided that the product and its packaging is intact. If a customer uses his or hers right to return the order, the customer must contact HEADPEACE to receive a return form and a adress to send the item to. Shipping costs and other fees related to this return are payed by the customer.
Each product from HEADPEACE are warranted to the original purchaser with 2 years. The warranty covers errors and deficiencies arising from the manufacturing process regarding parts as the watchcase, glass, strap and movement. If you want to replace a product or get a refund, please contact us here. In this message you need to tell us your name, adress, order number, a detailed description of your concern. Please use "Return of purchase" as a subject heading in your message. Please notice that in these following cases, HEADPEACE will charge a fee for costs concerning: - Damage caused by inappropriate use or negligence (bruises and marks on the products, dents, broken glass and so on). - Damage caused by fire, water or natural disasters. - Natural aestethic changes caused by normal use or aging (minor scratches, changing of the color of the strap, or other marks in the wood and leather). - Change of battery.

HEADPEACE has the right to change the rates or other product information without notice. Product images and information intend to reflect the products as much as possible. However, we reserve for any errors that may appear on the website and can not guarantee that all pictures in a fully accurate reflection of the products right look. HEADPEACE supplies its products worldwide. Deliveries are mostly made with the Swedish post and their international partners. We ship every order the same day if the order is placed on a workday (Monday-Friday) before 16 pm. If an order is placed after 16 pm we will ship the order the next workday. For orders placed during weekends and holidays, we will ship the order following workday. Depening on destination the delivery time may vary. In general, following estimations applies:
Sweden: 2-4 workdays
Europe: 5-7 workdays
North America: 7-10 workdays
Rest of the World: 10-15 workdays
You have the right to cancel an order and return the goods within 30 days after you received the goods, but please don't forget to contact HEADPEACEs customer service so that we can provide you with a return form. However, cancellations are provided if the goods are unpacked and that they are in the same condition as when you received them. The cost and risk of transporting the goods back to HEADPEACE are imposed to the customer.
It is important that you carefully examine your product when you received it. If your product is damaged during transport, you must report this as soon as possible to the transporter. This applies whether it's a case of a visible damage or not. Any complaints should be made to HEADPEACE via our contact form which you find here. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will return with further instructions on how you can return and/or exchange the product. Defective products returned to HEADPEACE should still be handled carefully by the customer as if they were faultless. Whatever the reason for the return, it is of great importance that the product is packaged so that it can not be damaged during transport. You have the right to ask for a new product from the same model, and if this product are sold out you have the right to a refund. HEADPEACEs responsibility for errors regarding the supply is limited in accordance with the terms of delivery of the shipment, and what follows from these conditions. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising regarding your order on www.theheadpeace.com is limited to the total amount of your order. HEADPEACE is not responsible for indirect losses.
HEADPEACE shall be exempt from liability and other consequences that are caused by circumstances beyond HEADPEACEs control. As such circumstances counts such government intervention, new / amended laws, wars, fires, floods, interruption of work, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, lack of delivery from suppliers or HEADPEACE or its partners would be subject to criminal activity.

All products remain as property of HEADPEACE until full payment is made.
All attempts to fraud are being reported to the police. HEADPEACE reserves the right to cancel a purchase if any suspicion of crimes brought.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
